99 Italian Illustrators Exhibition Torino Graphic Days
Balbusso Twins participate with their artwork “The women City” (from the multi-award winning book “The Handmaid’s Tale” by Margaret Atwood, Folio Society uk) at the 99 Italian Illustrators, exhibition curated by ILLUSTRI Association, part of the Torino Graphic Days festival organized by Print Club Torino entirely dedicated to visual design. Four days with a full calendar of events and meetings that will make Torino the capital of the italian visual communication.
XXI Triennale of Milan W-Women In Italian Design Exhibition
Anna+Elena=Balbusso participate with their painting of St. Catherine of Alexandria to W-Women in Italian Design, ninth edition of the Triennale Design Museum, an exhibition curated by Silvana Annicchiarico, set up by Margherita Palli, graphic design by Irene Bacchi. In the Palazzo dell’Arte exhibition space, St. Catherine is part of a series of female patron saints holding an object or work tool, created specially by major Italian female illustrators and designers (Anna+Elena=Balbusso, Nicoletta Ceccoli, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Sara Fanelli, Gabriella Giandelli, Emi Ligabue, Fulvia Mendini, Valeria Petrone, Elena Xausa, Olimpia Zagnoli).
